Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Please read these policies carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order with Betty Carré, you are thereby agreeing to our policies.

Please note: Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work or in natural stone colors and inclusions, are characteristics of the uniqueness and individual handcraftsmanship of the product and should not be considered defects.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Items are eligible for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.

2. All returned merchandise must be unworn and unused with its original price tags intact. We will not accept returned merchandise if the conditions do not meet our return standards.

3. Shipping charges are not refundable..

4. All merchandise "ON SALE" are FINAL SALE and are not eligable for refunds

You can return merchandise by mail.

You must return the original invoice with the items.

To return merchandise, you must contact customerservice@bettycarre.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without authorization number.

Shipping rates will be based on the cost of the overall order and shipping type. Please refer to the chart below to determine the rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SHIPPING METHOD

For international orders, Betty Carré ships via UPS/Fedex only.

Currently we ship to Canada only. International orders will be considered "Final Sale". We will not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact customerservice@bettycarre.com if you have any sizing, fit or color questions prior to ordering online. Any orders placed internationally are in agreement with Betty Carré's International Shipping Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE

For international orders, Betty Carré charges the shipping rates provided by Paypal via the Paypal Checkout process. This rate includes shipping and handling and is a non-negotiable rate.

TAX/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENT (For International Shipments)

Once Betty Carré has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Betty Carré is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Betty Carré, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Betty Carré. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
